We're looking for a results-driven Sales Executive to grow our passive networking and structured cabling business across enterprise and SME clients in Delhi NCR.
Sales Executive – Passive Networking Solutions
Sales Executive responsible for generating new business and managing client relationships in the passive networking, structured cabling, AV, and cloud solutions space. You will work with pre-sales and delivery teams to scope projects, present proposals, and close deals across target verticals.
Key Responsibilities
New Business Development
Identify, prospect, and convert new accounts in target verticals including BFSI, healthcare, manufacturing, and education.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with decision-makers, facility managers, and IT heads.
Solutions Presentation
Present structured cabling, fibre optic, AV, and cloud solutions tailored to client requirements.
Proposal & Quotation
Work with pre-sales to prepare accurate BOQs, proposals, and commercial negotiations.
Pipeline Management
Maintain an active opportunity pipeline and provide accurate weekly forecasts.
Market Intelligence
Track competitor activity, pricing trends, and new product developments in the networking space.
Channel & Partner Engagement
Engage with OEM partners (Legrand, Panduit, Molex, etc.) for deal registration and co-selling.
Target Achievement
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Required Skills
- 2–5 years of B2B sales experience in networking, IT infrastructure, or AV solutions.
- Proven track record of new logo acquisition and revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of passive networking products (structured cabling, fibre, data centres).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with ability to manage a large territory independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office; CRM experience is a plus.
- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel across Delhi NCR.
Preferred Qualifications
- B.E. / B.Tech / BBA / MBA or equivalent.
- Prior experience selling Legrand, Panduit, D-Link, or similar brands.
- Existing client relationships in BFSI, healthcare, or manufacturing verticals.
