We're hiring IT Support Engineers across two levels to support our growing roster of managed services clients. Hybrid roles based in Noida with field work across Delhi NCR.

IT Support Engineer

Hands-on IT Support Engineer to deliver end-user technical support across Windows and macOS environments for our managed services clients across Delhi NCR. A healthy mix of remote helpdesk support and onsite visits — ideal for someone who enjoys solving real user problems quickly and learning enterprise IT in a fast-scaling MSP setup.

Key Responsibilities

Desktop & Laptop Support

Provide L1/L2 support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals on Windows 11 and macOS.

Ticket Management

Respond to incidents and service requests via the helpdesk (Freshdesk / Freshservice) within agreed SLAs.

Microsoft 365 Support

Troubleshoot Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint issues for end users.

Identity & Access

Manage user accounts in Active Directory / Azure AD (Entra ID) — creation, password resets, group memberships, MFA.

Connectivity

Configure and troubleshoot VPN, Wi-Fi, LAN connectivity, and basic networking issues.

Software & Patching

Install, configure, and patch operating systems and standard business applications.

Onsite Support

Visit client offices across Delhi NCR for high-priority tickets, project rollouts, and scheduled visits.

Remote Tools

Use AnyDesk, TeamViewer, Quick Assist, and Intune Remote Help to resolve issues remotely.

Endpoint Security

Manage antivirus, encryption, and basic Intune / Jamf policies for managed devices.

Documentation

Maintain accurate ticket records, runbooks, and asset inventory.

Required Skills

  • 2–3 years of hands-on IT helpdesk / desktop support experience in an MSP or corporate environment.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills on both Windows and macOS — mandatory.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration tasks.
  • Familiar with Active Directory, Azure AD (Entra ID) basics, and Group Policy.
  • Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and Wi-Fi troubleshooting.
  • Experience with at least one ITSM tool (Freshservice, ServiceNow, ManageEngine, Jira Service Management).
  • Clear communication in English and Hindi.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites across Delhi NCR (own two-wheeler preferred).

Preferred Qualifications

  • B.E. / B.Tech / BCA / MCA or equivalent.
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft MD-102, or Apple ACSP.
  • ITIL v4 Foundation awareness.
